Dumas House, a landmark Perth government hub, underwent a major refurbishment to enhance public access and operational efficiency. GHD and IA Group delivered integrated architectural and interior design services through a strategic joint venture. The project modernized this multi-tenanted building, successfully accommodating various government agencies and ministers within a streamlined workspace.
