GHD Woodhead delivered an office fitout for the John Tonkin Water Centre, accommodating 210 staff within a collaborative environment. Centered on a “kitchen table” philosophy, the design features two outdoor atriums and cost-effective interiors. This multi-generational workspace enhances energy efficiency while prioritizing social interaction and staff retention.
